This win confirms G2's Top 3 finish in the league, ensuring they also advance to Osaka's Phase 2.

Previous Performance
The BLAST R6 Major Osaka will mark G2 Esports' return to the international stage after missing the Rainbow Six Siege Esports World Cup 2026. Earlier this season, they reached the Top 8 at the BLAST R6 Major Salt Lake City but were eliminated by Shopify Rebellion in the quarterfinals.
As it stands, G2 Esports and Team Falcons are the only teams confirmed for the BLAST R6 Major Osaka, while G2 is also the fourth team to qualify for the Six Invitational 2027, joining FaZe Clan, DarkZero Esports, and Team Falcons.
